Retro Comic Book Effect

This effect can be used to make photos visually appealing while expressing the mood or feeling it doesn’t clearly show.  What I liked about his assignment was the simplicity it took to make an average picture look like an authentic comic book picture.  A good target audience would be photographers who want to make their photos stand out.
